finding your calm place

 

Being happy and at peace is part genetics, part environment, but also part a choice.  Yes choice is a large part that individuals tend to dismiss. If you feel the discomfort in your current life do not ignore it, embrace it.  The discomfort is your signal that you are ready for change and change can be very positive.  Bringing forth a greater sense of understanding of your sense of self, will create those opportunities for growth.  Take charge of how you feel through self exploration and committing to do the work. Find and create your own calm place.
